As part of our ongoing efforts to improve platform security, resilience, and long term stability, we will be performing scheduled maintenance to migrate the Serraview EU production SQL server to the latest Windows Server operating system.
Maintenance window Start: 18 April 2026, 04:30 UTC Expected end: 18 April 2026, 12:30 UTC Estimated duration: Approximately 8 hours
Impact • All Serraview EU production instances may experience intermittent service or be temporarily unavailable during the maintenance window. • Users may not be able to access the application or perform any actions while their instance is under maintenance during this window.
This upgrade is required to ensure continued compliance, improved reliability, and a more secure operating environment. No data loss is expected as part of this activity.
Service will be fully restored once the migration is complete, and this page will be updated if there are any changes to the schedule.
